It took about a week to get settled into our new digs (more about dig later). We have some nice neighbors here including a big longhair cat named Precious. It was sure good to see Cherie again. I also got to know Chris. 

My humans continued their  habit of running off to see things and people. Let's see...there were the trips to the wineries, Lake Arrowhead, The train Museum in Perris, Cherie's workplace and the trip to Mount Palomar observatory.

We had some great BBQ's here with Cherie and Chris and with some of the other human neighbors. In his spare time my human Bill worked on a model train layout.

The days are nice here except for all of the noise from the Jet ski's and power boats on the lake. Well, I guess that you can't have everything. Mmmm what's that I see pushing up dirt out there? I've got it! DINNER! Boy, was that gopher good even if my humans made gulping sounds!
